Meeting the Core Energy technique
Once we accept that we have other stories going on inside us that are blocking us from achieving our potential, we can then shift our attention to discover what they are so as to make the changes that are needed. For instance, you might have a nagging doubt that you aren’t really good enough for the job you’re doing. That doubt will stop you from doing things which are more innovative or different.
But how do you make this shift to access these unknowns?
Be more aware of what you are feeling when you are feeling it.
Now this is not so easy because we generally try to avoid those things or feelings that we don’t like, or feel uncomfortable with. We put these things into a compartment and then pretend they’re not there. This works for a while, but when the same kind of situation crops up again, the button to that hidden compartment is pushed.
Out of nowhere you find yourself
Upset | Angry | Confused etc
And much as you try to talk yourself out of the mood, it’s not easy to shake off.
This goes on happening until we have a glimmer of an idea that perhaps we need to do something about this. And we can. The Core Energy Technique is one of the ways that can guide you into making changes in a new way so that you can break out of the trap.
The magic of the Technique is in its simplicity and its impartiality.
There is no lengthy analysis; all you do is focus on your own experience as you feel it and then apply the choice of two naming words which are set up in the technique. This particular use of “mindfulness” eventually releases the hold of the old pattern of the block.
It is an exercise which everyone can do.
“All you need is the desire for change.”
The benefits and the ease with which you start to be able to work the technique far outstrip any initial effort.
The results? You are thinking clearly; you feel you are living the life you are meant to be living; you are true to yourself, therefore are more relaxed. You are confident.
Along with this you will find yourself automatically opening up to fresh ideas… and who knows where these will lead?
