I am enjoying making a shift into my spring clothes, albeit rather tentatively given our 8-11 degree temperatures in this bonnie but chilly land of Scotland.

Christmas has disappeared; all that pizazz and cheeriness and homespun philosophy about the magic of a greater being are behind us. It is like one of these very important dreams that you have and you carry it around for days and it seems so real,then one day it has just disappeared from your consciousness as if it was never there. It is very important to feel good about yourself. There are two ways I take this seriously. I meditate daily, using my own mindfulness Core Energy Technique along with a special body relaxation technique. Secondly, I love dressing myself in clothes which I enjoy.
